Pinpointed my health problems

Well its a problem that ive had for a long time know probably about 10 years or better. Its lynphonemda thats probably spelled wrong but basicly its poor circulation in the legs. The sad thing is one of the reasons why I quit smoking is I knew this was a problem. Its been over a month since no smoking and im still having the same affects as smoking so i went and discussed this with the doc today and the found me a therapist that can heelp me with my problem.

Ok so I know I need too get off my fat azz and walk around more then I do and ive actuly started. And i want too try dieting more its just a little difficult when all u got is fat more fat and even more fat on truck stop menus lol. theres some healthy stuff but im just not a rabbit food eater i e lettuce yuck.

Anyhow so i might not be around much u know with work and therapy so just wanted too let u know im still out there but just trying my hardest too get healthy. Its sad I swear im 34 years old but feel like im 80 years old at times. I know my biggest problem is the weight and im starting too work on it. So will see hopefuly soon ill start shedding some ill keep u all updated.......

Well, good luck with that Tripp. I had a heart attack Jan 8th 2007 and I was only 55. So, take those doctors seriously when they prescribe healthy eating and exercise. Once your heart is damaged there is no going back.

Walking is the best way to start. Every time I get serious about getting back in shape I start by walking. I suggest you start out slow and not try to push yourself over the top. Each week, either add some distance OR some speed but not both. I just started again this week. If you can, try walking outside, treadmills are dull and you focus on how long you have been going. Also, find someone to walk with. 2 reasons, 1st is that if you have a someone it's harder not to go, you don't want to let them down. 2nd is talking often distracts me from how far I have gone. Congrats on quitting smoking... after 30 yrs of smokin myself, , i know how proud you are of that!!!

Try a low carb diet.... good for your health AND you get to eat meat!!! I did a modified low carb w/ low/no cholestoral and lost 80 pounds... ride my bicycle now to work cuz it's funner than walking...
