Password Question
These three paragraphs have been taken from the profile of a well-known online encyclopedia website. (These paragraphs have been slightly modified from the original versions so that the answer would not be given away.)

In 1997, he won two events at the World Poker Finals at Foxwoods, earning $55,064 as well as being named the tournament's best all-around player. He followed this triumph by winning $169,460 at the $2,000 Pot Limit Hold'em event in the 1998 World Series of Poker and becoming the youngest WSOP bracelet winner in history.

He has been a regular at the big game in Bobby's Room, in the Bellagio casino, Las Vegas, for several years. He is a self-admitted action junkie who always seeks new challenges and sets high goals for himself, not only at the poker table but also on the golf course. Unlike many other players, he is very outspoken about his poker results and regularly posts updates in the forums at his poker website.

He has played poker on various TV shows such as Late Night Poker, Poker After Dark, and High Stakes Poker, as well as serving as a commentator and stand-in host on Ultimate Poker Challenge. He also appeared in the third season of Poker Superstars Invitational Tournament. In January 2007, he appeared in the Fox Reality original series Rob and Amber: Against the Odds, in which he mentored reality television personality Rob Mariano in his bid to become a professional poker player.

Who is this man?

Hint
: This man won the first WSOP Player of the Year award in 2004 after winning 1 bracelet. After that, he went on to become the WPT Player of the Year in season 3.

Remember:
The answer to this question is the password to enter the tournament. Only the last name is used as the password--so for example if the answer was Mike Sexton the password would be sexton.

Do NOT post the answer or any hints of any kind in the comment box please!

Ugh, I hate when I hit publish instead of save draft. Well...no sense in deleting it and posting it again 10 mins. later. 70 mins. until PTT week 5!

Why is the cut for the site as much as the buy-in for the tourney? That just seems like throwing your money away, in my opinion. Lower the rake for the site and I think you'll get more people.
SilentBobAK47 Aug 21, 2008 4:00 am
Well I cannot help that the min. rake for a rebuy is $1.
Sblounskched Aug 21, 2008 4:11 am
Sorry, I didn't realize that.
