It was one of the hardest folds I've ever made. I knew I could be dominated by A K or AA, and I wasn't shortstacked

Should I of called?

u should have been all in, kings are too good to fold when blinds are up high, but thats how i would play. id rather lose with kings only to aces or bs than to lose later on with a lesser hand

Seeing it is a .10 game I would say call. But not because it is just a .10 game but because of the play usually in them. Although, with that betting it sure seems like someone has AA. I would therefore say good fold. If you think you are beat, why call. Too many people, my self included have a hard time folding KK pre-flop. While you could have ended up with a huge stack, you thought you were beat so you figured you would have been out. You got to play more and probably got some information from the other players as well.

Well at that point, there was about 25 players left and I was soon 21/22, but did come away with 9th.

in a normal game with that betting pattern, I would say "good fold",.. but because it was a 10 cent tourney, those guys will play with any two cards, I would have gone all in,.. but you got to play what you are comfortable with,.. gl on and off the felts,.. Railbirds card: Qh

I think it was a good fold. KK is usually going to get beat against that many players.

The fact that it is a .10 tourny shouldn't come into play at this level. You're deep enough into the tourny that most of the really loose players are probably on the rail already.

Hind sight is always 20/20. You made a good fold. The hand was too risky to play because you had 3 ahead of you fighting. I like to get out the way and let them take each other out when possible. You survived past an additional 14 players, so it wasn't a terrible move.

I dont think i could have folded kings there , I mean if you were unlucky enough to run into AA there so be it. Most of the time you can be sure at least one of those players has a weak ace in his hand and is short stacked just pushing, the reraise tells me that some one has a pair and wants to get heads up vs the short stack I prob would have called if an ace dosent hit the flop i push with my kings. There is really only one hand you should be afraid of when you are holding K K and its aces

3 players involved other than you............pre flop only 1 could have you beat out right. nearly 67 % you good to go.

Still .. management dictates where you are @ in tournament / # of players left.

Very tough call . I presume you flipped a coin .lol
