I have done that too. You don't need a poker psychaitrist, but you do need to get away from table when you go on tilt. Keep plugging away you will make it back up again. Have fun and best of luck.

Hardly a massive blow out dude. Wait until its triple figures and you wonder how hell you blew all the cash. I've done it. I'm not belittling your blow out though as i understand the time you have invested into creating your BR, and consider all those hours you've wasted for half hour on a cash table (or SnG etc.) No psychiatrist need just a little reflection time
