Private games on Pokerstars

I was curious, how many times, if any, have people attempted to ask PS to drop the buy ins for the private tourneys? I have enough points to host them, and cannot play on ftp anymore. I miss the clan matches a lot and a $5.50 buy in is quite steep. Would an effort to ask PS on my part be a waste of time, or would it be worth it? I relize RB seems to have many more FTP fans, but Im sure if the buy ins dropped for these private games, many of you would show up on both.

I like PS better. I don't have a bankroll right now, but if they lower the buy-in I might can scrap up a couple of dollars from Xpokerchic. LOL.

I've sent numerous emails to them asking them to lower them, but their reasoning is that it's something exclusive for their affiliates.

Doesn't hurt to keep trying though.

Yea I also have sent .... LOl hell i lost count LOL ... but i sent a crap load of E-Mails to them asking the same thign and even tellign them to keep the same rake as teh $5 buy ins LOL but always the same response

Well this might not help but maybe somethign can be done to help us try and get the buy in lowered ...... If every1 including prorails and railjoe would E-Mail them telling them the facts that if the buy in was lower they would have much more traffic of us 57.992 railbirds on their site ...... it might help but it might not ... BUT I DON'T SEE HOW IT WOULD HURT for every1 to send just one E-MAIL ... not much work to maybe help tremedously ...... remember this is just a suggestion or Idea ...

I myself run a weekly tourney as every1 that is active knows LOL and it is extremely hard to get others to join ... YES i do have regulars that come and play but getting others to come play seems to be extremely hard and I understand that the buy in is the main reason no1 plays

Well I want to thank all of the regulars that come to play my tourney

Best of luck to every1 and have fun

Why dont you send them the link to the private tournies page in your email. That would be a plain example of what they are missing out on.
