PS Private tournies

Aug 10, 2008 8:51 pm Report Abuse

railbirds uses PS very often...are there not any strings that can be pulled to allow cheaper private tournies on PS. Almost all the private RB tournies are on FTP as a result.

just a thought

thanks

i dont have an answer to your question, but i would like to echo what you're saying - it sure would be nice if there were more private tunrys on ps - i prefer to play there. i traded for a small amount of FT $ just so i could play some cuz i got tired of missing all of them, but after a while i started to win some money on FT and i didnt know what to do with it so i started playing the tables and i realized that i really dont like that site and i dont want to play there, so i put all my $ back onto Ps. i will just have to be bummed that the rbs dont play more on PS i guess o well. i have no idea why so many people play full tilt that site really sucks in comparison to stars.

There are quite a few tourny's on PS, just getting people to show up is the problem

From what i have learned there is no1 that is able to make a private tourneys from any forum that is aloud to create a private tourney on PS with a buy in cheaper then $5 ... I myself have sent numerous E-Mails to PS adn have gotten the same response almost everytime ...... yes railbirdsa and other poker communties are allowed to setup private tourenys but that is because they are affiliates and us railbirdsa are just members ..... Trust i have tried many times to let them allow me to make my private tourney less then $5 ... I even told them to keep the rake teh same but they were still not interested

My Weekly PS tourney is Hick's $5 Bash ... I am sure oyu have heard of it ... but if you haven't you should check my page for the info. if your interested in playing on PS

YES watchdog is correct it is extremely hard to get players to get in a $5 buy in for some reason ... there seems to be around a 100 or so that usually play the RMR railbird $5 buy in but those players don't seem interested in a smaller game

Getting players to play in a PS tourney takes ana extreme amount of blogging and Spamming to get players

as you can tell by looking at my weekly tourney blog LOL there is usually 50 - 100 bumps i have to do inorder for it to be noticed and bring interest from others LOL

Well Best of luck to u and every1 else and have fun

Hickoid

P.S. I also like FT though too LOL
