... the past 2 days have been disgusting, it seems everytime I have AA someone flops a flush draw and everyone pushes in, just 5 min ago flopped a set of aces, i raised it 7x the bb preflop guy calls with J10 suited flops 2 hearts he pushes i call obviously... heart on turn and river... expected it, earlier today get my money in with AK against a loose player hes in with AQ just before the money he flops trip queens, mustve had my AA crushed by a flush atleast 3 or 4 different times in the past 2 days, another hand guy raises it up 4 x the bb I push all in with AA preflop guy calls with 55 of course hits a 5 on the river... and also when i have KK it seems anyone calls with any A rag suited card and of course the ace always flopped i know it happened atleast 3 times, swear deck of 1000 aces, see im in with the best of it, but it seems time and time again these guys catch their 3 outters and crush me... my confidence isnt shaken tho because i know im playing at the best of my ability just, i dont understand how people can be so CONSISTENTLY lucky against me

why when i play bad i get rewarded and play good(tight) get punished
17 hand isn't really a good sample size to be really sure but so far I have won with them 70% of the time they are dealt and lost 30% of the time. The funny part is that if I hadn't written them all down I would only have remembered the 30% that I lost with them.
It should also be worth noting that 4 out of the 5 times I lost big pots(not counting the one where I made the mistakes) it was a multiway hand with 3 or more people in it(counting my self). I have only won 1 out of the six big pots with aces against more than one person.
One of those big losses was a truly sick hand where I had one person push with Ah6h and I pushed over the top trying to isolate. Another person called with 95s and hit two pair.
Also, there is a thing called variance. Poker odds and probabilities are based on the same situation over a period of time. If you are 80/20 to win a hand and play that hand 1000 times you will lose 200 times on average. That 200 times could be evenly spread out across all 1k hand or hit all at once at some point in your 1k sample. If you have 10 times spread out over every 50 hand you might not really notice it but if they all hit at once some people would say "Man I just can't do anything right" but in all reality it is just the math equaling out.
That is the point were confindence in your game is most important. You need to be able to say that you are playing correctly and in the end you will walk away ahead. This is also true when you get your money in with the best hand but somone gets lucky and wins. Just tell your self that you did the right thing and are playing better than the other guy.
Just today I flopped the nuts in a three way pot. I got all my money in when I was 85/15 or about a 5.5:1 favorite. I lost a big hand and was busted in that tournament but I played it the best that anyone could have hopped for and 85% of the time I will walk away from that situation with a huge stack. That time just happened to be in the remaining 15%..lol
Try to control the pots in these situations so when you get bad beat or sucked out youre still in good shape chipwise
Yea, right !...................You are one against the masses, it stands to reason you won't win a whole hell of a lot of pots in any session !
....play on ....Tc....
