Yes, I know, I won! I doubled up my stack! But for some reason, I had a gut feeling he could have a full house...the way he bet, could he have had me beat?

If it was your intent to slow-play, it worked, but you did risk being caught once you flopped the flush. I'm wondering what the villain was calling with, considering those three hearts on the board. I don't think his bets indicate a full boat early on; if he'd had pocket Eights or Tens I'd have expected a pre-flop raise, and sitting UTG+1, I can't imagine even calling the blinds with T4 or 84, which are the other hands that get him there. So without seeing his cards, I put him on T8s, with which he's got just six outs to the river to beat your flush. As it turns out, I'm very close -- I didn't realize his cards were showing at the end of the hand summary until I looked just now. Honest. I guess with your slow-playing, he put you on one Ace instead of two and thus decided your river bet was a bluff.
What happens if he check-folds on the river, you still make the same amount of money as you would have if you raised the turn and he folded. Find out where you are at, and I suggest doing it on the flop. If he had a set of tens, then you were done on the turn, but on the flop you can get him to spend a little more, and you have a better idea.
@thebigeasy...I have folded nut flush before when I had A9 spades and the board came KQ6 all spades. I slowplayed like this situation here. There was a little bit of money put in on the flop, the turn was a Q, and a little more was put in, not a large amount. River was a K. My opponent bet larger than pot, and I folded after long deliberation. Maybe he was bluffing, but I will never know. I knew that I had given away my money instead of taking his.
I would never call twice here with a great hand like this. Be aggresive, especially when he is betting out to you. He is almost saying take my money.
The only reason I would slowplay is if there are no cards for him to catch to beat me, and I want him to bluff. Here...there are cards to make you think.

Pardon me. What I meant to write was:
I guess with your slow-playing, he put you on one HEART instead of two, and thus decided your river bet was a bluff.
You can't be worried about the full house here. It will happen sometimes, but more often you'll see something like this hand, some random 2 pair, or KT-JT type hands.
I like the overbet on the river. It feels like a desperation bluff by a missed draw. Against some opponents, I'd bet the flop, check/call the turn, and shove the river, but this line seems fine if this guy's as passive as he seems.
nh, sir.
He didn't call twice, he led the turn and river.
