Being a railbird has not change my life as much as my attitude! I would really like to say railbirds has made me a better poker player but for me it's a hobby that I will always enjoy but never be great at! I guess I'm better simply because at least no I know when I'm going to bubble! But that's not the point because railbirds is firstly for me a community of friends who play poker!!!
Now to the attitude change; I used to think it was not something to be taken that seriously having friends on the net but have I been surprised since being on railbirds. There are so many people on this site that are just so willing and eager to help anyone that has a question or more so a problem! I really haven't taken the time that i could have to say thank you like I should have to all the birdies for the love, friendship and support I have been shown here!
The attitude change is simply this, I never in my wildest dreams, ( since I have been sick they are not only wild but really weird!!!! ) would I have understood feeling close to people that you have never met face to face. So thank you railbirds, the greatest site on the net!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sometimes hear people say that all persons who are on the net (and in chatboxes) a lot, or frequently are sociopaths, or weirdos at best.
And eventhough there are enough persons out here that adequatly fit that discription. there are real humans on the other side, with real feelings and opinions.
When i came here; i was in it for the poker only. Nowadays, i'm here for the company, and often the laughs too, more than the poker. Though i'm not comfortable sharing everything (most people have troubles enough, and my worst moments will pass).
I found much more than i came here for, (and am so glad i'm not alone in this)
