#1 Why did you choose your Railbird.com screen name/ what does it mean?
Supertramp because i love the music from the famous british popband so much! ("Breakfast in America" and many beautiful songs more)
the 77 is a longer story: most of my friends think that its a tribute to my IQ which i desperated try to disprove
indeed i wanted to add the jackpotnumber 777 to Supertramp as i registered at my first pokerroom. the nick appeared on the screen but the last digit was swallowed from the editorprogram which only allowed 12digits for the nick and so was Supertramp77 born...

#2 How many hours each day/week spent playing poker on?
in any case too many! i estimate in average 24hours a day because of multitabling. 5 days a week.

#3 How would you define your style of play?
intuitive; that means when i pay attention to only one table that i get one or two times in a tourney suddenly a "special feeling" that even the weakest card will hit on the board. indeed i hit then in 90% the board with this weak cards and i win in more than 50% the (often tremendous) pot. though my see-flop-rate is in average in tourneys between 5 and 25 percent. with my aggressive betting i would consider myself as tight aggressive. i am currently between beeing a "rock" and a "stonekiller"

#4 Poker Achievements?
Live: i won one month ago -in the tenth attempt- in a brick and mortar casino my first tourney -a 15$ rebuy-with 140contestants.
Online: nothing special; i reached sometimes the finaltable in multithousandpeopletourneys in microlimits. but i am (a little) proud to have already beaten Chris Moneymaker and also my Greatest Idol Annette Obrestad as they went out thousands of places behind me in the Sunday Hundred Grand

#5 How did you get involved with poker? Where did you pick it up?
with 12 years i played the very first time poker/5-Card-Draw with elder friends. it was more a fun than serious gaming. we had often the rule that the guy who wins the pot is "allowed" to drink a Cola-Rum at one gulp. you can imagine that i finished this pokerrounds often very dizzy...

#6 Which pro would you like to face in a HU match and why?
Annette Obrestad. i suggest everyone to take a look on her stats at opr. (her nick is Annette_15). she is IMO the best pro and i can hardly wait til she is old enough that she may play in the WSOP Mainevent.

#7 how have you improved your game ?
practice, practice, analysing handhistorys (even here at railbirds!!!), practice, practice, watching onlinehistakegames (especially the replay of the Sunday Million).

#8 Do you have any nick names on the felt ?
lmao yep! some guys called me Douche Bag
to get serious...NO! at least none next to abbreviations for my nick like ST77 or ST which some friends here use in the tourneychat

#9 What goals do you have as a poker player in the next 6 month's ?
i really hope that i reach at least top 100 in the Sunday Hundred Grand this year!

#10 What would you consider a weakness in your game/ something you need to improve?
i should definitely be more aggressive postflop in some situations.

#11 What would you say is the best online or live game you are skilled at ?
easy question easy answer ... its NL Holdem and therefore i play it most of the time...

#12 What are some typical "TELLS" that a online player is bluffing ?
depends on the player. basically its using more time than regular on his moves (because he is thinking..should i bluff or not, is the risk worth to go out ...) overbetting is also often a sign for a bluff and happens mostly after missed flush or straight draws on the river.

#13 How Has Railbirds.com helped your game play?
the handhistorys from fellowbirdies which i have analysed showed me mistakes which i had not recognised in my own play. not to forget: the realmoneytourneys are a tougher competition than the germanpokerleague and i really like it to play against so skilled players like quasipro, hughes4 and a lot more!

#14 Best Moment in a trny ?
i played in the 1$ tourney with more than 3000 people and reached the headsup with the german guy WORCA. he had a 7:1 Chiplead of me and suggested me a deal which brought me more than 80 extrabucks. as i asked him for the reason for his gentlemanattitude he said: " your playinstyle at the finaltable was so powerful that i think you deserve it." i was so happy about this incident that i made immediately a blog about this nice guy.

#15 Most recent trny win?
today some 9ppl sitngos for the battle of the planet at stars in the merkur-section.
