Sorry Storm. This shouldn't have happened to you.
Quasi said it best and even before the board had been seen. "It's pretty lame".
Gross, same player too.
Keep grinding in out Stormy.
I don't need to read the hand-histories (I'm a lazy donkey), I don't need to study the play - I know your game - so I'll just read the title over and over and over again ... and extend my sympathies ...
... although, you do know I love it when you talk dirty. Better luck, Storm; (try to) keep it fun - play well (and avoid such outcomes as these) & profit.
It is sad when this kind of crap happens to a good player, but it is ridiculuos for it to happen twice back to back, with such a donk getting lucky ! He probably thinks he plays good ...lol...I feel your pain !
.....play on .....Tc.....
OUCH, OUCH, OUCH!!!
Even better(#@$%^&^&!@~)????; cant find he/she/it on RBs. Another possible pw thief!?! Great security and compliance by our 'Poker Community'.
that wasn't the only time he did that I saw him do it a few times
Peace
There are only 2 things that will ever stop this. Can't stop the lotto/donk play, as all players do have to consider that a player's chips and chair are his to do with as s/he sees fit, until s/he has neither.
1. Poker sites would need to devise a ticket/unique password system. They have ways to protect their own sponsored games, they should be more responsive to sponsors of private games. The technology is already within their ability since Stars and FT issue unique tickets and tokens by the thousands each day.
2. Sites like the Birds need to establish some tougher rules. I, for one, would not mind at all waiting (say 24-36 hours) for a payout verified by the sponsoring site. In order to cash, entering our player ID's in the profile would be required. Nothing wrong with that, and certainly not a violation of any privacy. What group that has 'members' ever allows members to become one without identification (poker sites are 'not' AA or NA, so forget using those as reasons of privacy).
If poker sites are willing to offer private games, and charge accordingly, then they should also take some responsibility in protecting the sponsor's payouts. Birds only has 2 (sometimes 3) MTT's per day. Yes, there are usually about 100 pay spots for the FR's, but only 9 to 27 on the RM games. How hard would it be to check a few names for proper membership if we started with just the RM games? It can't be that big a deal for sites to set up a program that would 'hold' funds deposits until released by the sponsor.
I would venture a guess that with 57,000 members, there are likely enough volunteers (like the prorails) to form a verification staff. Extra work? No doubt! But the only way to ever stop PW thieves, sharing, and the b**tard posting forums.
In the FR's, if non-Birds knew they could never cash, they wouldn't play. Entries would drop dramatically and so would the number of spots ITM.
Complaining about it will never help. Only ACTION will solve the problem.
