Do any onf you have a hand that is not a bad hand, yet you always seem to lose with it?
Mine is Pocket Queens. I never win with the ladies, althogh I continue to play them, cuz they are a very strong hand.
Off the top of my head, I can remeber these hand with QQ.
QQ vs 83 - Rivers 8s and 3s
QQ vs A2, QQ vs K4 - Guess what they caught in these situations.
QQ vs 97 - Rivers a straight
QQ vs 32 - Turns 3 dueces
QQ vs JJ - Flops a set of Jacks
AND MY PERSONAL FAVORITE
QQ vs QJ (Keep in mind This is 93% to 7% in my favor preflop.) - I bet before the flop. Flop comes 247 (2 diomonds) I bet heavy to avoid draws. 10 of diomonds on turn. I go all in and he calls to hit the 9 of diomonds on the river for a 1 card flush with his jack.
So please post your Nemisis hands and tell me why. Please don't post bad hands like when you lose with 27.

lol the ladies do good by me normaly, but I do have A nemisis hand he even has A big name, Big Slick!. Hey Big If you are so slick how come you miss the board altogether 8/10 times when I play you huh.
Anyway hope that makes you feel A bit better.
and GL on and off the felt's.
P.S Big Slick, I'll be seeing you later on the felt's so start living up to youre name.
The last 10 days my nemisis hand has been any hand where i have a commanding lead (5 to 1 or more) going into the river. I can't win one to save my life.

my best starting hand yet seems to always fail is KK. I dont know why but i ahve tried to do everything , i.e. limp in raise , re-raise and of course all in with much the same results so is it the way i play them? i don t think so, i believe it is more likly the unpredictability of players that screw up great hands. Example at saturdays freeroll, i got KK raised it to 400(blinds 50 -100) i get i call, flops is 9 K 2 diamonds, i bet 1000 and he calls, turn is Q clubs, he checks and i push all in. he is holding a Q(diamonds)and a 4 of clubs? and make s the call. you can guess that he hit the flush on the river. Now here is my delema with this, what the hell was he doing in the hand the first place and then staying in it so long. so i think this shows that even if you play it right there is always someone around that is new or really doesn t care about winning that makes them play marginal or shit hands. What do you think?
Try getting a free demo version of one of the poker mgmt programs, such as PokerTracker3. One of the many features of these programs is they track the win rate % for every hand ranking you are dealt. Then you can truly see that your QQ's are most likely very successful.
QQ's win 73.91% for me in tourneys, and 70% in cash games.
Having said that, AQs wins 62.86% and AQos wins 65% in tourneys for me, but in last night's RB tourney they were a combined 0 for 4, and eventually ended my tourney losing to 45s.
Ditto to Daacker == Pocket JJs
I am at about 99% loser with that hand. (that's not a typo) Most recent loss was to an 8-3 o/s, where I flopped jacks full and lost to 4 x 3s on the river.
As that little Runt, Daniel N, would say..... "that's poker"
Close second bad beat hand is A-J.
gotta be AJ for me. . .when i play it i lose, when i fold it it always seems to win.
