I just ended my first Railbirds Freeroll.
The good: besides the $20.60 won, it was fun. I've been very lucky in few hands, when i was putting everything on the pot as double-or-nothing. It was a good lesson on how to play in such a tournament, and i hope to have again the chance to sit on a table with some of you.
The bad: Someone (i'm not willing to put names here) used rude words after being kicked out. I know it hurts to lose a hand from a lucky beginner player as i am, but i was thinking this community was for people willing to share knowledge about poker. Maybe next time the players i beated with my lucky will kick me off with their superior skill, but i'm here to learn, and everything will be a lesson. If you explain me where i made a mistake we could be friends, if you whine and swear 'cause of my bad play we cannot be friends, that's all.

Great game man!!! Not all birds will be nice on the tables. Gotta expect that with over 50000 members. But i'm sure you will find that most of us are pretty cool and we all rock!

Well, it's pretty easy to explain that. I was BB and i was short stack at the table, ready to leave. I was lucy because i could go to the flop for free. myriam2212 just called so i was thinking she had not a monster, justdome also called (they both were at 31k), if he had a good hand he could easy raise to scare away SB ans BB acting after him. SB just went in for 500 and it was natural imho, to put 500 of 45k stack just to see the flop.
The flop was 3 4 8, with my 5 6 was a straght draw, jasonmast checks, so i went all-in. i was thinking to lose everything but it was a last resort to make a stronger stack. i had 2 5 6 7 as good cards in my mind so it was almost a coinflip. I was lucky, but myriam was more lucky than me, she had the 5 on the river and she kicked off justdome. i won the little pot and survived.
