Once upon a time....... The Wall was a RailBird member.
Despite what you thought of him (if you knew him), he did write some blogs trying to help players improve.
I didn't agree with everything he wrote.
HOWEVER....
Tonight I played a One-table Sit-n-Go for $10. I have recently been focusing on Multi-table tournaments and some cash games so it had been awhile since I played a serious one-table Sit-n-Go. Also, I used to only play $5 stakes. Back then I used one of The Wall's strategy guides in my Sit-n-Go play and it helped a lot. I revisited his ideas before signing up.
You know that I probably wouldn't be blogging if I busted out in the first hand. Hehehehe. I won it.
One of my better cashes in awhile.
I don't know if he reads the blogs (non-members can read blogs), but just in case........

Nice job, Marty. And yes, a "thank you" to The Wall is needed - as is one to his Mrs. (Magoo), onebourbon, Ironman, A55A55IN, and all the people who focused on making this a poker-site - the direction of RB.com is changing ...
