    problems with pokerstars?

    does anybody have a problem with pokerstars?....i just logged in on pokerstars....no problems, but i cant see my how much money i have in my account......when i wanna play a tourney, i can go to that tourney lobby, but there is no button to enter the tourney.....i removed pokerstars and downloaded it again, but the problem is still there.....does anybody else also have problems?

    U may not be loged in, sounds weird i know but look at the top, and see if it says "Loged in as......" if not ur not loged in... i had the same problem this morning. Hope this helps

    Hmmmm I just checked for you and mine was very slow but it did open.
    Please note that if you uninstall pokerstars it leaves a folder on your hard drive. If you dont remove that folder you are not doing a complete uninstall. Just make sure to get your note file from it and put it on your desktop before you delete the fold. Then you can put it back once you reinstall.

    yes sherry i know that when you wanna remove something complete to also remove the register keys and the folder, but it wont help...so you had the same problem this morning Queen that it would be a problem with pokerstars

    Yeah I just logged in and tried to register for some tournaments but there wasn't any register buttons to click! I logged back out and in again, even restarted the program, and it didn't fix itself. A couple of minutes later though, they showed up on their own. I assumed it was really laggy or something.

    Its working for me but took a bit to log in and then clicked cashier and nothing. hmmmmmmmm went back and tried again and it finally worked. Must be poker stars is working slow. ( like this is something new...... nottttt ) lol

    yep, i have a serious problem with stars...
    everytime i am playin a hand i got sucked out

    to stay serious: check if you are really logged in completely...sometime it needs its time til you are logged in.

    are u downloading poker stars .com or .net? .com is the cash site and .net is their free site. I made that mistake when i bought a new computer and went online to download the site. I could not see my cash so IM'd support they instructed me to remove the .net site and install the .com site

    I happened to me too Randy.I think it was just a sever glitch.I closed the program and re-opened it a couple of times and it seems to be working alright now.

    They are having a promotion and giving extra winnings and all sorts of things for every so many hands played each day. I bet this is causing an overload and lag.
