    Okay, so it is another day, right, get on Full Tilt Poker and play some poker at night like I always do. Little did I know the unbearable mental pain that was in my near future.

    Okay, so I got rivered...like I always did. So, at this point it was starting to hurt a bit but I wasn't about to let it affect me.     This hand sent me over the edge. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pissed off right now that I am not only quitting for the night I was actually talking about quitting for good.     I get like this and I just quit for the night OR I will play really low limits. I will play in freerolls and FTP tournies and ten centers trying to just play out the bad luck. You don't lose as much when you are running bad and you can still play, trying to play through the bad streak. Happens to us all and it IS frustrating. I get like this about every three days lol. I know you are a good player and a sane person, you'll find perspective

    days can always get worse given the turn of events you run into. times like these is when you gotta find something positive and run with it. find something to motivate you and use it. take it from somebody thats been there.

    sorry your night didn't go well, you're running bad and it seems like there's no end in sight. But hang in there Bob i have watched you play on many occasions, and I think you happen to be a very gifted and insightful poker player.

    running bad happens to us all, I was in the dessert for months and discussed with you on many occasions how to retool my game. I stayed positive and played through it. I put a hold on my bankroll and ground it out in tilt freerolls.
