My Thoughts

I want to thank all of you who have sent words of encouragement to me, and commented on Kim's blog announcing my new position as Prorail. I appreciate all of them, and all of you ! I do truly love this site, for many reasons, and look forward to serving it to the best of my ability for a long time to come ! The friends requests are coming in fast also, and I will get to them as I can.

I have a friends list that is near 300 strong already, and it has been my custom to ask a question to the sender, before accepting friendship, as well as looking at their profile page, and level of activity. I will not be asking the question any longer, just checking the level of activity, so if I don't accept quickly, don't be alarmed I just don't want to fill my list with people that log on once or twice, and make a request, but then never come back.

I will continue to post my Question and strategy blogs as in the past, and expect to be able to do all I did previously. I wouldn't have accepted the position, if I would have had to give those things up, I enjoy them too much ! Thank you to all of you who participate in the questions, and respond to my blogs ! My mailbox will always be open for any of you to contact me about anything at all, I am here to serve this community, and will try to respond as quickly as possible to all PM's !

I have had a very few people on here who I have had some problems with in the past. I want to wipe the slate clean, and start all over ! I hold no hard feelings, and have no intention of seeking those few out and trying to get even, or whatever, I want us all to be able to get along here ! I will be fair and consistent in my execution of duties as a prorail to all Railbirds, on my friends list, or not, or on my block PM list or not, everyone will be treated the same, and all I ask is that we all try to get along, and everyone understands that behavior that is out of line will be dealt with, no matter who it is !

I want to thank Railjoe, Kim and all of the rest of the Prorails for the confidence they have displayed in me, and accepting me into the team the way they have ! Kim has worked hard to make all of this happen, and to train me, we are ALL very lucky to have her here, serving this community ! There was already a great team of Prorails in place, and I will do my very best to be an asset to this team, and work hard for the betterment of our beloved Railbirds.com ! Thank you everyone, for your support !
