I told you last week that I download Bodog software and when I tried to log in the mesage told me;Sorry your account was disabled. WHAT???????
I knew what was the problem, and I send them a copy of my I.D. scaned...waiting for an answer;......NOTHING.I wrote them and they said I have to contact them by phone.I call and they put me on hold for 10 minutes....;waiting......waiting......
Finaly one man answer, telling me this is a asst manager of poker site, and I have a problem with my I.P.computer.is not the same like my nationality,I told him I am working in casino business and every 6 months or one year I am relocated on another country....WHAT????I AM OBLIGE TO STAY IN THE SAME COUNTRY TO PLAY???????? ....;and I get nervous and he told me I am not speaking with a normal person.he is important.
Ok.......in that moment I want to broke his face and I told him...that I am working Asst manager in a real casino and I manage 160 persons and he should be a shame that he canot fix a small problem like that.
He didnt say anything for about 3 min....and after said he apologize , telling me he is new promoted and he try to do the best.....he is sorry...bla..bla ..;etc
I closed the phone and after 10 minutes he called me and he said he think he can fix the problem.I told him I already unnistall Bodog software and they just lost a client who want to deposit 5000 Dollars ...and I closed my phone.
STRONG ENOUGH.......Bodog suck......RAILBIRDS POWER
