We normally follow Queesland because Roy is an ex Bananna Bender. Naturally he was very happy with the results. But he was sitting on the edge of the seat a fair bit during the game.

lol WD. Footy is Football. In this case not Aussie Rules (Australian Rules) but League. League is the predominate game in NSW and Queensland.

And they play State of Origin (NSW & Qld)... and the Maroons (Queensland) won the 3 games .... hence the song:

well from some fantastic brit friends of mine I have learned footy ( football) in Europe and aussie land lol means Soccer to us in the States.

Nah I believe it was the touchy

Still well done to QLD they never gave up and even though NSW played IMO better footy they still came out in front
NSW just couldnt convert their chances

They really should have won by 20 not scraping in to try and draw the game

Im a Victorian, but have these comments to make:

(1) Was an excellent game

(2) State of Origin is corrupting the club competition. Coming from Victoria where the club is everything, it makes no sense that Storm has to play a reserve team in 3 games! A 3 game penalty seems ludicrous

(3) Ive never understood why Rugby League doesnt use more of the type of play that Falou scored the 2nd try with. Its impossible to defend and something any average AFL player could do - one kicker and one marker. It would just need a bit of training. Kick, mark, try....

(4) Well done Qld...score my tries over the series...deserved winner
