Tourney Tuesday

Jul 1, 2008 11:31 pm Report Abuse

So, today I decided to play in a couple of tourney's just to kill some time. After starting to play I realized that I just wasn't into it today. Went out early in the Railbird Freeroll. Oh well. Also played in No Limit Hold-em 1.10 tourney. After 5 1/2 hours ended up finishing in 3rd place. Won $83.23 from that one. Also played in 3.30 HORSE tourney. Finished in 15th place for a prize of $12. Not bad overall for a day when I just wasn't really feeling into it when started to play.

Anyone else have days like this? Don't really feel like playing but then do well overall.

O yes...sometimes under-eager poker counter-balances my natural over-confidence, resulting in 'reluctant' victories.

Way to be! Hope it makes up for that other day when you were SO focused and still got donked. I feel the positive energy rising, even under your maudlin surface.

You rule!
