If you think you can compete against people who bust out but then come back in, why not?

thats up to the descretion of the player....a win can occur without a re-buy......gl if you play in one

Do you intend to rebuy? Do you plan on losing your initial stack? I personally try not to rebuy in a rebuy event. Even if I do Rebuy, it has to be early enough in the tournament to have a fighting chance with the amount of chips that are given me. I do, although, almost always add-on, regardless of how many chips I have.

That's exactly what I do

And that's what I'm doing right now in the RB $300 GTD.

Many people play rebuys like they are bingo and will shove ATCs in any situation.

If you feel you're better than your opponents and will be able to out play them after the rebuy period, then you should definitely be prepared to throw out a rebuy or two(or max, depending on your bankroll).

You can just treat it as a normal freezeout, there is nothing against the "rules" saying that you have to rebuy(in fact, by not rebuying and cashing, you maximize your equity in the tournament). Just be prepared, that first hour will always be wild...

Yes, especially if it is a .o or low buyin... I try to NOT buyin or add on, just wait the donks out, but you gotta pay attention to the payouts... no sense in repeatedly rebuyin if you aint gonna cash in big...

short and sweet NO

you are already startin with a disadvantage

and if your playin with experienced rebuy players you are dead in the water

if you manage to play a rebuy w/o rebuyin count your blessins it prolly wont happen again for a long time

In a 200 seat event there will be typically 400 to 600 rebuys and add ons. I would suggest reading some online blogs by pro's on rebuy strategy. Most suggest that you enter with an idea of how many rebuy's you intend to make and stick with that limit. Remember that your goal is to win the tournament. But do read what the pro's say.
