running cold right in the middle of a tournament

I just need help with this. I just lost a 6500 freeroll just now. I was doing great. Double the average. Getting really good cards, but not overplaying them. It was a limit Omaha tournament. I knew not to just play everything. So even if I got 99J6 rainbow, unless it was cheap, I would fold the hand. It's just not a very guaranteeing hand. Then I just got sucked out on twice within like 10 hands. My memory is pretty bad, but I know that I had a flush on one of them and then my opponent hit a set on the river with a pair on the board already. He had like JJK5 or something, and rivered a J with the board paired already. Earlier, I had 10s full and my opponent got Aces full, or something of that nature. The point is, I was playing tight, and I wasn't going past the flop unless I knew I had a great hand. I still played tight after that. the limits were 200/400 and I had like 7000, when I was just at 25000. The average was 15000. I luckily got a good starting hand and caught my straight on an up and down on the flop, and the same guy who got me out with the Jacks was just playing like a maniac, which I found out at that moment, because he just started betting and raising everything. You know how those limit games get. It's rediculous. People don't understand how crucial a THIRD raise is in limit. Anyway, I doubled up to about 14000, which then the average was 20000. I locked onto a flush on the turn and went with it, but the board was paired and I was worried my opponenet had a boat. Sure enough, he did and I finished in the late 400s of the tournament. I'm proud of my performance, because I feel that I played very well the majority of the tournament, but even still, my confidence was just totally shut down after those two beats right after another. How do you handle this? Do you just sit out? Keep playing tight? It seems like no matter how emotionally stable I am, things always just go downhill at that point. I was a little on tilt, but not enough for me to just throw all my chips away. Let me know what you guys think.

four card bingo, it's a tough game, especially limit, keep grinding, sounds like you played well.
