Learning to play poker well is like learning anythings else, It is a journey that develops over time. There will be bumps in the road and setbacks but if you are willing to learn and to change you will continue to move forward and improve. Not to worry though winning will come with the journey.
Study the game, read, ask questions, and play. There are a lot of Railbirds who are willing to give you feedback on your game and will direct you to usefully information. For a good example of how this works and can work for you check out the blog titled "I owe this one to you guys" by Watchdog. Also check out the blog where he asked for feedback.
