Story of my life.

Mar 2, 2008 11:13 pm Report Abuse

here we go again. sunday 100g on pokerstars, 20,000 players, 3000 payout. i swear i am getting sick of things like this. for the most part in the last couple months of taking poker seriously i have had to work hard, and learn what patience is only to end up bumming about something. i personally think that with the way i had been playing all day and the feel i had of the table i was bound to go deep. the other part that bums me out so much, is the guy who did it was the cocky atm DONK who i had been reaping the benifits of since the start.

i'm r u a doofus...

not to defend the doneky but when your holding a K and there is a K on the board its kinda hard to put anyone on a pair of kings.... plus hes chip leader I probably would have pushed you all in on that flop to. The fact that he caught the flush well he was 4 to a flush on the flop anyways... i dunno its hard to take in stride but hang in there

I here ya. I've had no luck in this same tournament. Always getting outdrawn with the best hand before the money. Figure eventually my play will pay off, until then I just sit and fume.

i understand it would be a hard laydown and he had alot of outs no question. but for 1 i had to went, and 2, this sort of thing happens at an amazing rate.

Wonder if u had won a little in the past? My belief is that as soon as you win a little the poker sites take it away. You then put some more in, they let u win a little, then take it all away.

never really in tourneys, i support my account by ring games which i seem to do well

but i have often thought that. specially when i am making my late month push to get my goldstar they seem to suck me dry a little. its like they put me in a situation where i CANT back outta the burn.
