#1 Why did you chose your Railbird.com screen name/ what does it mean?

Originally i choose APLrabbit but that didn't feel right(my nickname is rabbit). I reverted to my commonly used poker alias, which i got from my fav video game(Metal Ger Solid)

#2 How would you define your style of play?

I'm still learning to mix up my play, but i would say tight conservative.

#3 Poker Achievements?

no real great results online, but i have won a few social poker game

#4 what brought you to join railbirds in the first place, and what keeps u here ?

My friend Bullet81 refered me. I stay because i like the people i have met and enjoy their input into my blogs.

#5 Which pro would you like to face in a HU match and why?

I would like to play someone who would give me a nice long game with all of their poker skills being used so i would choose Gus Hansen, because he can mix it up.

#6 how have you improved your game...was it by lots of practice, was it by books you have read and if so, which books, was it by playing live ??

My poker game still has alot of improvement to go but reading books like phil gordons little green book, playing online and live has given me more confidence in my abilities to handle different situations.

#7 Who are 5 players you look up to on railbirds and why? or Who do you think based on what you've seen or read, would you like to face heads up on railbirds?

Beejay, SwannySA, Pokerchix, Railjoe, Jetball13. These people all seem like very switched on people who know which direction they are heading.

#8 How do you play differently in tournaments vs. cash games?

I try not to change too much but i will be more aggressive in cash games.

#9 What would you consider a weakness in your game/ something you need to improve ?

still need to understand that no matter how far ahead i am in the hand it still comes down to luck of what comes on the board. I also let my emotions ruin my game and can go on tilt for long periods without playing any hands which leads to my being blinded out.

#10 What are some typical "TELLS" that a online poker player gives ?

The size of their bets compared to the pot amount. Checking is almost always a sign of weakness that shold be seized on.

#11 How Has Railbirds.com helped your game play?

I think differnently about how to play connecters; pockets high and low and not to go crazy on unmade hands because of advice i've recieved or have read.

#12 Best Moment in a trny?

This was a live game. I'm all in with AK vs QQ. Flop comes K 5 K, turn comes a Q, river an Ace. That happened in the early days.

#13 Most recent trny win?: (non railbird trny)

That would be a live social game 3 days ago.

#14 Who intrduced you to poker?

Five card Poker use to be played every year at the family christmas party which i use to enjoy watching the adults. Five years ago I saw the 1989 WSOP Final table on tv and three years ago i found partypoker.net online after watching WPT on tv.

#15 How does your strategy help in Freerolls provided by Railbirds.com?

It doesn't, i do really bad trying to play good cards against 4 others in the hand so i don't last long when i play.

#16 If their wasn't Poker, what would you be doing?

If i think about it i would plobably be working.

Great interview foxy. I am spamming to all the POKEROOS so they can see the type of member we have. Fox, can I tell you I was stunned to see my name mentioned - just to be mentioned in the same breath as Pokerchix is amazing.

I shall be adding this link to my page and also POKEROOS profile page. Well done, mate

Nice interview Rabbit, sounds like you to a T. Very enjoyable reading.

Your a great mate of mine Mark, I have alot of respect for you, and Like ive said to you once before, You have inspired me in my own life. Poker in Brisbane wouldnt be the same without you in it. Your also one of the very few people that accepts me for the way I am and really knows the real person behind the beejay mask. We will be mates always Rabbit, whether you steal my blinds or I decide to steal yours......Great interview my freind.......Beejay
