Well - How About That!!!

Hey folks - just to update a previous blog: on Jan 31, during the $5 tourney on Full Tilt, all of a sudden the program seemed to slow down and get stuck - affecting the play of nearly everyone, and certainly on several hands in which I was involved. I wrote FT and told them what happened and that I wanted my buy-in refunded. They sent me a message several days later, saying they were looking into it. I immediately wrote back, thanked them for their message and , again, requested my money back - I was nice but insistent. After receiving another message to which I did not respond - this one was "further inquiry " related, happy ending! I just received another message informing me that "as a one time courtesy" they were refunding my $5.50 buy-in!!! They seem to think it was my internet connection, but that was solid through the incident...

Anyway, thought you all would like to know - good on Full Tilt for standing up!!!
