Believe it, 3 Aces always beats 3 sevens ! A two, outer on the river kinda sucks, but technically he had more outs when you consider the nut flush draw. He did go in with only one pair when you had trips, but he had a good size stack of chips, and was using them to shut out the obious flush draw if you had a four flush going, he was probably scared for a minute when the 4s hit the board after you called, and was hoping for any spade on the river !
