Hey everbody

Morning everbody, again welcome to ole world. Holy catfish in a frog pond, I think the snow gods are geting just a little madder at me for some reason. Here I was talking so nice about them. Hant been as bad as folks around here are geting for sure. Yesterday, it snowed of and on, when it was snowing though, was little hard at times. But only got couple inches or so. Don't really know what today will bring yet though. Don't listen much to the weather folks, cause hant right very often. Course you all with out a dought have the same thing with yours.

Hey now listen to this, I got some steak bout an inch thick. Hant never had steak so tough in my life. Yesterday decided to see if I might do something different with it. Got the ole wheels turning, and come up with a plan. Took a big ole deep fry pan. put me some extra virgin olive oil in it. Before I go any farther, gotta talk bout that olive oil a bit. Now as far as I know, might be wrong, but hant thatmade from olives? If so, how can they come up with it being virgin. As you know, olives has pits inside them. Well someone or something, had to enter the inside of them to get the pits out right? Well correct me if I'm wrong, but once it has been entered I don't think it is virgin anymore, now is this correct or not? And then this extra virgin stuff, hant got a clue how they come up with that. It's either virgin or it hant, and I don't think none of it is. But extra virgin, give me break, I know I hant the brightest bulb on the xmas tree, but do shine just a little. I know just what I'm going to do. I'm geting on line, find a site that has anything to do with olive oil, and then pop them with that very question. Lord love a duck that quacks, don't you know they sure are going to be confussed, but I hant one to give up, I want answers. Will have to let ya all know my findings on that for sure. Ok now where to hell was I? Oh ya, I put olive oil and wesson oil in it. While that was geting hot, I took a knife and made finger steak strips out of that hard tack. Then beat up a couple eggs in a dish, got me some bread crumbs, and then got them all nicely coated. Checked the oil out made sure was hot enough and droped them in. If ya ever try this, or maybe already have, but don't over crowed the pan. If need be, do 2 batches. Let them fry about 4 mins on each side. Holy catfish in a frog pond was they ever tasty and talk about tender. Lord love a duck that quacks, almost melt in your mouth. I found the best way to tell if a piece of beef is going to be tough or not. Is when you see an ad that says buy one get one free. Real good deal right? Wrong, they are always tough, that's why you get such a good deal. Now that I know just what I can do with them, hell i'll buy a few of the dang things.

Oh and while I still have that on my mind. Have you ever bought canned vegies, where there to, you buy one get one free? Well Guess why they do that? They have gotten some very bad reports from custurmers, that they may have found say twigs in the green beans for instance. Well they don't want to get a bad reputation for dirty food, so give a good deal on it, and folks will still buy, and you know, they are right. I could tell you the worst offender of this tactic, but best not to mention brand names, hant right thing to do. Just watch for all those good deals like that, now don't get me wrong, there hant a thing wrong with the product at all. More then likely just one can may have had a flaw in it. So by all meens, snatch up all you can or want. Just thought ya might like to know about it. Find good things on line.

Dang, it's hard to imagin another week end is upon us already. But I pose for most of you, it's been a long week. Hope ya all got some good plans for today and tomorrer. Probably your first plan is to sleep in later. I always wanted to do that, but the automatic alarm clock in the head, never got shut off I guess, cause still got up same ole time. Once in a great while, slept a little longer. Course then ya got some like I won't mention any names, cause i don't want to pick on phoo, but some can sleep way past noon. How do they do it? At any rate, I sure hope ya all have a lot of enjoyment during your time away from work.

Hey how bout those pics Lise and mimi took on their get away week end, wernt they something? Mimi aid she had some more real nice ones, but hant going to show them though. Dang what a spoil sport lol. By the looks of things, they sure did have a good time. I for one, am very happy for them both. Guess ya already know Lise and her mom, hitched a ride on a train, going to go see OZZY. Her mom I think was more excited about it then lise was. It's good that they can spend some good times together like that though. If I'm not mistaken, I do believe Lise'smom went with the girls on their week end get away to. Now that right there is really awwsome.

I hant really one to talk about the past blogs I did. But I feel so compelled to talk about the last one I did, called THIS IS GOOD. Maybe shouldntmention the young lads name, but I am so very proud of what he said and was going to do, I just have to. His rail name is Bigword. After reading what I put on there, he says he's going to go give him mom,a either big hug or kiss, I forgot which one. But that touched me so deeply, I just had to PM him, and let him know just how proud I was of him. He sure is a fine feller in my book. Wouldn't it be nice, if everbody that could would do that very same thing? What a beautiful world this would be. There would be no room for hatered, ill feelings, or the elderly treated in a bad way. On the 3 B's I talk about, that young man surely can be proud of who he is, and never change my friend.
