The Pokeroos
To join the PokeRoos there are some basic rules:
-
Dual Clan membership is OK. We would like to think the Pokeroos would be your exclusive Clan, however it is entirely up to each member.

If you are not currently in a Clan, then the Pokeroos would be your only Clan
-
Need to be born or grew up in Australia. (You might have to pass the Magoo dictionary test.)
-
Be nice. After all you will be an Ambassador for Australia
-
Be an active member of RailBirds (that is at least Pink Birdie)
-
Be supportive to new RailBirders
-
No "bashing or sledging" of other Clans. We are all RailBirders - the ultimate Clan
-
You use the Pokeroos logo on your profile page with a link to Pokeroos home blog as the link to join the Pokeroos. This will enable other new RailBird Aussies to enquire about joining.
If you are interested in joining the Pokeroos, then PM Pokeroo and register your interest. on this blog.
To join Pokeroos PM Pokeroo
- Give your Railbird name
- Give your user name on all of the poker sites you play in
- Copy and paste the url of your home page blog
The user names you use on poker sites will be submitted to other members of the Pokeroos to enable them to rail you when in a tournament. We will then attempt a monthly news letter with up to date information for Pookeroo members.
After you have joined, your name will be put up on a welcome blog with your new name tag and other information to put on your profile page.
Reminder to all Pokeroos - every person admitted to Pokeroo Membership is on a 3 month probationary period and any breach of the rules in that time will terminate membership. No questions asked.

it will be months before I work it all out and you will have run the best tournys, the best parties, a trip to the playboy mansion, had a chopper built in team colours, sponsored the wallabies, had team uniforms made....... so we dont have to sit in the nude or in a PJ's when online, all shaved our heads in honour of Icemans baldness, ended the drought, won the fedral election, and opened up a chain of fast food out lets for poker players.

This is gonna be too hard to decide on which one looks most appropriate/coolest. I got a weakspot for green and gold, and legos' fridge magnet look-a-like simply looks great. I'm a fence sitter on this one so far!
Got a bit of a feeling people might think we poke roos though (emphasis on the capital R), anyone else share the same sentiments? We're all animal lovers here, but not in that way, eww!

aussies rule's assistance when I was preparing the blog last night was "It's even better than sex". Just figured Cricket was safer than bringing Rugby (league or union??) or Australian Rules or Soccer into the equation.

Same as Magoo is a Shark PokeRoos, and aussies rule is a Razor PokeRoos. Dual membership is fine with us.
Don't drop membership from your 1st clan. If they are fine. We are fine.

i am about as true blue as they come
