Well, the first step is to always recognize that you have a problem.

The second step is to blame it on your spouse, because without our spouses enablement, we couldn't have the problem

The third step is to run and hide when your spouse starts throwing things because you put the blame on them

1. We admitted we were powerless over Railbirds--that our lives had become unmanageable. >>
2. Came to believe no power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity. >>
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over Railbirds as we understood it.>>
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves. >>
5. Admitted to you me and all of Railbirds that our life as we once knew it is over. >>
6. Were entirely ready to have Railbirds and poker consume every waking moment of our lives. >>
7. Humbly asked Railbirds to atleast let us sleep for a minute. >>
8. Made a list of all persons we had , donked, coolered and sucked out on and became willing to make amends to them all. >>
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others. >>
10. Continued to take personal inventory of when we donked, coolered or sucked out on and promptly admitted it. >>
11. Sought through practice and determination to improve our poker game, as we understood it, playing only for fun, knowledge and experience to better our skills.>>
12. Having had a spiritual poker awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to Railaholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs. >>

I used to read books.
I used to watch movies.
I used to walk on the beach.
I used to exercise.
I used to eat.
I used to sleep.
I used to go "outside".
I used to watch the sky for UFOs.

But that was before I discovered "RAILBIRDS". I have now become an obsessive addicted birdie!

My family and friends started to worry. They have now done an "INTERVENTION".
