Dec 28, 2007 3:25 am Report Abuse

I might be going to Atlantic City tomorrow, or Saturday. I was thinking about going to Tropicana Poker room. Any ideas? Or, maybe any railbirds might be going too. Drop a not let me know.

Harra's has nice tournament, played there 4 times; was 3rd and 5th lost other times.

but wins were good. U get 6K in chips, at least u cn hve fun for you $50.

I agree, Harrah's is probobly the softest for the lowest buyin.. there are a couple others, $50 @ Hilton & there WAS a $65 @ the Showboat, don't know tho..

DLCowboy goes to the Trop alot, might want to check w/ him... i haven't been there in a while..

good luck, wish I could join you..

Borgata is by far the biggest and best poker room in all of ac

I agree Matrix, but I think they're cheapest tourney buyin is $100 or $125..

As far as ring games, Borgata rocks, even on weekdays..

How many people show up for the tournaments at AC. I always wanted to give them a shot.

Many people show up for tournaments in AC. The number of players has certainly gone up the past few years.

The Showboat offers a great tournament on Saturday nights at 7, 85 +15, nice payout structure and average players.

I'll check it out. I should be at tropicana by 1:30 PM saturday. So, I'll keep showboat tournament in mind.

nugs, I checked it out. The tournament you are talking about is at Friday night. On saturday nite their tournament is $105 + $20 = $15,000 in chips. I couldn't find their structure though. I'll take a closer look when I get there though.

i was lookin at some daily tournys in AC online recently.. and i saw some gaurantee tournys @ Borgata i forget which days.. but 10k gtd for 50 + 10.. forgot the anymore details but that caught my eye..

Nice Thank you. I'll check their web site. They seem to have the best details of all casinos in AC for their tournaments on-line. I can only find the blind structures for tournaments in borgata's web site, no other casino offers that in their web site. But, I am pretty sure on Saturday night Borgata won't have a $50+10 tournament.
