I would pester them to no end. You made the withdrawal request before the other guy screwed you up so that should tell them something. Something definately seems fishy with the whole thing. Keep us informed of the outcome please?
Best of luck to you
possible involvement in fraudulent activities.
Our Investigations Department has reason to believe that you have
received chip dumps from CrazyPokerPlaye, who is suspected of using
stolen credit cards or payment processors to make deposits. Please note
that your Full Tilt Poker account will remain suspended until the
Investigations Department can verify their findings or clear your
account of any wrong doing. It can take up to three months to verify
the validity of transactions placed on a credit card or payment
processor. Unfortunately, these reports are generated by our processors
and there is no way to expedite them.
Should Full Tilt Poker receive chargebacks for the deposits made on the
accounts involved in the chip dumping, your account will be permanently
closed and any remaining balance in your account will be withheld by
Full Tilt Poker.
Please note that this is by no means an accusation of guilt for any
fraudulent activity. We value all of our players and have security
protocols in place to ensure not only the integrity of our site, but
also for the protection of our players. Having said this, we do
apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Full Tilt Poker
the guy u beat was using a stolen credit card? If thats true then the proceeds are legally sezable in most places I been. Since they found the stolen card BEFORE u withdrew the money they have to return all stole goods back to the orginal owner
Think of it as u bought a stole car not knowingit was stolen, You go to plate it .The car shows on the system as stolen THE POLICE COME ARREST U AND TAKE THE CAR You prove u did not know it was stolen u still loose the car AND the money u paid for it
if there was money there that was not gained from the card it should after investagation be returned to you Full Tilt has showen to be very fair give them a chance to sort it all out ....
Did you play heads up with this guy?
But they should only take what I won from him no ? not all my funds and suspend me ???
The key words are, "YourFull TiltPoker account has been temporarily suspended".
This is just temporary until the investigation is completed. Banks and credit card companies will do the same thing to accounts when fraud has been suspected. They said the player suspected of chip dumping lost money to you. They don't say that you are involved. This is just something that is done to keep any possible violators from taking the money and running away. It's something they do for your protection as well.
Good luck.
Tay really sucks. I've done chip dumps from time to time, when I'm just to tired to play. From now on I'll just turn off my computer and blind out.
I don't see why your account should be affected. All they have to do is check out the hand history and see you were just playing solid poker.
